SESSIONS: Get ready to have a really fun time! I have a very laid back approach to photography, and I want everyone to enjoy themselves. Most sessions (Family, Portrait, Kids, Grad) are between 1 and 2 hours long. Arrive before your time so that we can get everybody settled and relaxed before we begin. I am always more than happy to answer any additional questions prior to our session, so don't hesitate to contact me.

SESSION FEE: Session fees are due at beginning of your session, not when you receive your disc. Thank you.

IMAGES: You will receive your photos within 4 weeks time, with up to 30 edited images on a disc with a print release that you will be able to use to print off your images. I will do minor editing for acne, stray hairs, etc.

NEWBORN SESSION DETAILS: Since I do natural light photography, I have a living room with a lot of natural light available to use, or I am happy to come into your home provided you have a well lit area with windows. Depending on baby, a newborn session can take anywhere from 2 to 3 hours. The baby is the boss in these sessions.  Here are a couple common questions and answers.

WHEN SHOULD I CALL TO SCHEDULE MY NEWBORN SESSION? Before your baby is born! It is so important to plan ahead. Capturing your newborn within the first two weeks of life while they are still sleepy and curled up, can make all the difference in your newborn portraits. Since we never really know when your little one will arrive you will be put on my calendar to hold a spot for you. When your baby is born I will move your appointment accordingly. If your baby came early or if your baby is already born, don’t panic! I will do my best to squeeze your newborn into my schedule and older babies take beautiful portraits too.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY NEWBORN SESSION? I recommend that you bring baby to the session well rested and plan to feed baby as soon as you arrive. Sleepy babies photograph perfectly, so I will ask you to undress and swaddle baby before the feeding so as to not disturb them by undressing them after the feeding. I take several breaks for feeding baby during the session to ensure that baby is happy and has a full tummy. I ask that you not be too concerned with scheduled feedings during the session and that you feed baby on demand or when they get a bit fussy to ensure their comfort and a smooth session.
